Local college students complete office renovation at Sinai.

We're delighted to announce that Brookes & Co will soon be taking up residence at the beautifully restored Sinai Coach House, a unique heritage building set within the historic Sinai Park House estate in Burton upon Trent.

Officially opened this month, the Coach House represents far more than a renovation project. It is the culmination of two years of dedication, craftsmanship and community collaboration, bringing an important historic building back into meaningful use.

The restoration has been made possible thanks to the incredible work of students from Burton and South Derbyshire College, who have gained invaluable hands-on experience while helping to preserve a local landmark. Students from a range of disciplines – including joinery, brickwork, electrics, plumbing, roofing and decorating – have played a vital role in transforming the building into a welcoming and functional office space.

Their work has not only safeguarded the Coach House's historic character but has also created a lasting legacy for the Sinai Park House Trust and the businesses that will now call it home.
