Zest invests in becoming a consumer-facing brand
As Zest 4 Leisure, the Zest garden decorative structures, GYO and garden dining brand had always been something of a ‘new kid on the block’ as far as its larger competitors were concerned. With great customer service and sustainability credentials to back it up, it determined to invest in becoming a consumer-facing brand, the only brand in the category to have that goal in its sight.
New branding and marketing communications
Great for the trade, but also familiar to consumers, the company put in the research and the investment to create new branding, a new website and a meaningful programme of traditional and digital communications.
With its sister company, Brew Digital, Brookes and Co was delighted to action the research, define the proposition and in March 2022 start the journey communicating that to the market.
