Zest Influencer Campaign
Zest nurtures influencer relationships with the aim of developing long-term partnerships as part of its social media strategy.
Working with influencers
Zest is a fifth-generation British company that has been designing and manufacturing wooden garden products for over 35 years.
With products traditionally sold via garden centres, online consumer exposure was limited. When the company launched its new e-commerce website in 2022, social media was used to create brand awareness.
Building partnerships
As part of its social media strategy, influencer relationships were nurtured with the aim of developing long-term partnerships and the delivery of quality, consistent content for both gifted and paid-for campaigns.
A carefully curated influencer programme
For Zest, a carefully curated database of 600 influencer and content curator talent was engaged specialising in the lifestyle, home improvement, home interiors, home organisation and garden leisure sectors - ensuring that the collaborations matched target audience demographics.
Following extensive briefing and liaison, influencers were given creative freedom to produce content for social media, showcasing the products in real consumer lifestyle settings.
Engaging results
The first campaign ran between January to September 2023 and reached over 1.1 million consumers, resulted in brand exposure of 1.7 million impressions (grid, reel & story posts) and individual consumer engagement of 99k interactions (likes, comments & shares).
